I'm back from my Sosciety EXCO retreat!

I don't think it should be called a retreat, it was more of a work trip than anything else. Spending hours sitting in what looked like a messy circle and discussing what we want to do for our term was tiring, but fun at the same time.

I quote Lester (while watching the Sorcerer's Apprentice on TV):
"He sounds like that guy in How I Met Your Dragon"

While I spent time playing FM whenever the meeting digressed or when I was generally bored, I spent most of the time filling in the blanks for the relevant finance proposals for the respective events. Me being me, I always proposed the lowest amount of funds that I felt was necessary for an event. Though that all changed when I met my upper study to review the budget with him.

So many events, so much work, 1 year. Let's hope it all goes according to plan.
