It's October. It's mid term break.

Quite a bit has happened recently, yet this space remains blank. I don't know whether it's because I'm tired of blogging and keeping a log of my life, or whether it's because I'm plain lazy. 22 years of history would suggest the latter though.

Part (i) of y2s1 has passed. And so has my only mid term. You know the tests where you come out of the examination room feeling nothing? Like, it's not a bad test, but neither was it particularly good? Yeah, I felt that way. Though at dinner, an email from the prof that kinda asked the class if the mid term was difficult made me a little sick inside. Hm, well, the grades would tell the story, and till then, I shall patiently await without letting this weigh me down.

Back to the sem recap.

I ran for SOSCIETY elections. Yup, it's the student body for Social Science students in SMU. It was quite a shameless process. Making a poster with my shameless face, printing posters and shamelessly sticking it on school pillars, shamelessly making a VOTE for me page on facebook and finally, the shameless canvassing of votes from potential voters. With all that said and done, voting window came and went, and I got into the exco! I initially wanted to be VP, but since I didn't get it after the internal elections, I just decided to be Finance again and help out since no one wanted it. Well well, treasurer for 6 years from sec 1 to j2. I guess it's only a formality that I complete my SMU testimonial with yet another treasurer-like entry. 1 year, let's hope it goes by without any hiccups.

School has been rather decent. Bio is definitely not my favourite class, but it's okay. The other lessons aren't too bad as well. For now at least. Come December, my grades would tell the true story.
