"Hello Sir", I said, not expecting him to recall my name.

He smiled, winced for that split second.

"Chris right?"

I was so surprised.

"4H right?"

I was quite impressed.

"2005 batch right?"

My jaw dropped.

Yup, that was Mr Khooky as we all know him. He didn't teach me when I was in VS, but he was one of the few teachers who was in-charge of NPCC. Yet, I was so impressed and touched when he remembered all the details.

Victoria 135. 135 years of Victoria. Looking all around, you see men of all ages, meeting old friends, talking, laughing and joking. Held at the Old VS, which is now the People's Association, the place was fitting to host such an event. Strolling through the grounds while waiting for the boys, who as usual, are always late... even though I never studied there, I could feel that sense of Victoria in the air. Browsing through old yearbooks, looking at photos from the past, it was like taking a trip back to the good ol' days.

The not-so-fantastic dinner with the boys, meeting more old teachers, the shocking auction, the one song that will always be in my heart. I won't put a price on such events. It just means so much to me.

It will always be the best 4 years of my life, and I think nothing will ever top it.
