The long glorious weekend is now approaching its end.
(Observe a minute of silence here)

The past 2 mornings have been simply awesome. I have driven! First 2 lessons were quite amazing. I'm still vividly recalling the first time the car inched forward as I hit the gas and slowly released the clutch. Even though it was travelling at barely 10km/h, it's a hundred million times more satisfying that racing at 130km/h on Daytona.

Despite all that, driving a manual car is NOT easy. The clutch is happily located on the left side and thus requires the damaged left leg to control it. In total about 7 stalls, 2 kerb grazings, countless rounds around the circuit, scoldings from the instructor and a lifetime worth of exhilaration later I can't wait for my license.

It doesn't help that dad recently traded away his sedan for a Stream. Finally decided to get it after Kah Motors decided to bring it in after the PI's success.
