Glorious weekend. Which started out pretty badly after I woke up on Saturday morning with a throat infection. My throat has been giving problems since the time I enlisted and tasted Tekong's water. I soon developed a mild cough and flu before noon. Couple of pills and a long afternoon nap which made me miss Saturday sunset mass, decided on musical therapy and went to join the choir's anniversary concert practice. Productive practice, wonderful dinner cum supper and Saturday was burnt off.
Sunday morning mass, followed by the choir's Sports Sunday at ECP. Soccer, touch rugby, frisbee, Captain's ball, Darren Leong falling on me, me slapping Shaun, Shaun tripping me, me grazing skin off Bryan, a heavy dinner, Brenda's excellent aiming that saw lime juice being squireted in my eye, a long walk past dearest Victoria, one bus ride and I'm finally back. It was all good fun, despite the shin now screaming along with the knee.
I need a new left leg.
Am I cold?
... I hate being so, but then again... I was frozen out for a long time.
