It's been a while hasn't it?
Saturday's trip to St Theresa's to watch the Filipino choir was quite an awesome experience. SG Idol's Christopher was there and he did a cover of 'The Prayer' with this 12 year old Filipino girl, and my oh my, I think she's too good for Singapore Idol. Her vocals along with many of her countrymen present on that night were simply stunning, and most of them are way younger then me. Interesting how each person is blessed in different ways huh?
Sunday was a recce to Sentose for the forthcoming Youth Camp. Being a total swaku as my last visit to that tiny rock was nearly 10 years ago, I think I was more excited to see the island than all the other tourists combined. The place has really changed alot. Fantasy Island is gone and there's the upcoming IR. The beaches look well kept and there wasn't really a shortage of good looking people around. Heh. Games for the camp was tiring but fun, the overhead sun really took half my life away. Back to VivoSHITTY. It's my 2nd time since last year, and unfortunately I think I would have to step into that forsaken shopping centre once more during camp. Walking around, memories... it's one of those that you could not help.
Would you reminisce and feel happy that it happened or,
Would you rue the fact that it'll never happen again?
