I'm a little confused here. I can't decide if I am more angry or more sad. Well, I decided to update my phone software online. This new Nokia thing that allows you to update software without going to Nokia Care. It worked brilliantly. Simple to use and fast. However, it warned me to backup my software as it would clean my phone memory during the upgrade. I did just that, and once i was done with the upgrade i tried to restore my software and... IT CAN'T GO THROUGH SOMEHOW!
Terrible. All my messages and contacts were backed up and now, it's as good as gone! F-. Contacts can slowly rebuild and most of them are backed up in my SIM anyway. But the MESSAGES! My god, there are some which have been there since September 06? Happy ones, sad ones, and touching ones. They really mean alot. Some just bring back days which i know might never happen ever again after recent events. It's quite painful to really just see them go off into oblivion without a trace. Damn, really.
