ok, im back from my short little trip to malaysia
bah...
tired...
the food in penang is great
but FREAKING spicy
URGH
nearly died eating them...
*drinks hell lot of water*
but ya...
that place is useless for shopping...
i bought another pair of levi's jeans..
costed the same as singapore la...
wah lao...
haiz...
and guess what
NO SOUL IN PENANG HAS HEARD OF CRUMPLER...
here are the reactions of some people..
lobby: crumpler? you want to iron your clothes is it?
operator: crumpler the BAND? erm, not sure...you can try the cd shops
taxi driver: crumpler? apa itu?
(apa itu is malay for what is that)
teenager in mall: (blank look)
(bugger thought that if he answered my question, he would be arrested and circumsized)
bag shop owner: sorry, but we only stock BRANDED bags..
(oh wow, i didnt know crumpler was from pasar malams!)
shopping centre reception: i'm not sure, you should ask someone who knows this place well...
